FOOD SAFETY
We operate under an accredited Food Safety System which is site specific for service, delivery and state food regulators. We are licenced by all local government authorities and are subject to unannounced audits from the NSW Food Authority, ACT Health, local councils and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. We are accredited in the International Standards for Quality Management (ISO 9001:2015).
Our on-site teams are regularly trained in the correct methods of safe food handling, undertaking specialised food reporting, critical control points and hygiene. We have a full-time National Quality Assurance Manager to ensure compliance, continuous improvement and quality is maintained across our entire portfolio of contracts.
We enjoy an impressive reputation when it comes to compliance, where in our entire history, have never put our clients' reputation in jeopardy due to compliance failures.
WORKPLACE HEALTH & SAFETY
We proudly operate an accredited Workplace Health and Safety Program to ISO 45001:2018. We practice what we say we are going to do, with our safety ethos driven from senior management through strong safety leadership, commitment and accountability. We comply with all relevant state and federal occupational and workplace health and safety legislation.
Our Quality and Compliance Division uphold our systems and processes to ensure a safe workplace for all our staff and stakeholders.
