Sourcing Locally & Seasonally
Prioritising locally sourced produce, meat and dairy to reduce transport emissions and support local wholesalers.
Minimising Food Waste
Using digital platforms to gather meal orders to assist in production and reduce overall waste. We also engage with waste reduction specialists to gather our green waste and harness it into other products.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
In all our operations, we only use bio-degradable disposable and single use plastics. Across our kitchens, we promote the reusable containers, and work with our suppliers to lessen delivery schedules and order in bulk volume to reduce packaging requirements.
Sustainable Cleaning Practices
The majority of our equipment is battery powered, using HEPA filters, and utilise equipment that promotes chemical reduction.
Low Emission Transportation
We are dedicated to replacing our fleet of operational vehicles to hybrid to reduce our use of petrol, plus all flights are carbon-offset.
Community Engagement & Ethical Practices
We work with our clients and local communities to give back and engage in social sustainability. We also have checks in place which support fair wages for our employees, good working conditions and opportunities for employee development in alignment with our ethical business practices.
