Our heartfelt thanks to Catering Industries for supporting us so generously this morning. The Foundation is very grateful to have the wonderful support of you and your team. It was an early start but you and Amar were there with big smiles and everything ready to set up. We were privileged to invite the supply partners of Sapphire Care to breakfast and have them served such a delicious meal. The presentation and quality of the meal was commented on by guests and certainly played a large part in creating the ambience and success of the morning. We are so lucky to have you on board as supporters of the Foundation. Also, currently, a raffle is underway in every residence and office of Sapphire Care. The most often commented upon prize, is the cookware supplied by Catering Industries. We hope to raise a significant amount from the raffle and thankyou very much for your contribution.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for conducting the Customer Service Training yesterday and today at The Mews – such an informative and interesting session. Many staff who attended the training have come to me and said how much they enjoyed the training and, most importantly, how much they learned from it. Customer Service is such an integral (but often forgotten) part of Aged Care – every resident deserves the highest standard of service and now, many more residents will be able to enjoy their dining experience.
On behalf of The Salvation Army Aged Care Plus I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Shaun, Sara and their team for their commitment and professionalism to ensure our Carpenter Court catering operations were successfully implemented. Their ability to adapt as matters arose and resolve them shows their absolute professionalism and pride in their work. Thank you for your support yesterday during our unannounced visit. The feedback from the auditors was great – they loved the dining experience and the special things that you deliver from the hot breakfast for everyone and that the menu encompasses everyone by separating out the vitamised meals – they said they had not seen this before. They also gave their compliments on the food and refreshments they were served for their morning tea and lunch. We all appreciate the efforts you put in each and every day.
