Unique within the contract catering industry, every member of our Operations Team is a trade qualified chef with many years of experience in catering to large numbers.
We attract a high calibre of staff to represent us at the coalface. To further develop their skill base, all staff undergo internal training courses, which are mandatory, and we encourage and support interested staff to enrol in external training programs to attain certification in commercial cookery, food supervision and management.
All members of our workforce who are engaged at sites falling within our Health, Aged Care and Educational Sectors must undergo mandatory Federal Police Checks and Working with Children Checks. All members of our workforce engaged in the remote sector undergo medicals prior to employment and are subject to random regular drug testing and alcohol screening.
