CHEF MANAGER – Cowes, Phillip Island

For a qualified and enthusiastic Chef Manager to join our seasoned team in a full time capacity at our client’s aged care facility in Cowes on Phillip Island.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of nutritious and wholesome, high quality home style meals.
  • Staff and kitchen management.
  • Stock control, ordering, rostering and monitoring of all Quality Systems.

Applicants will need to demonstrate:

  • Passion for high end meal production and presentation.
  • An understanding of Food Safety, HACCP, Quality Assurance Procedures and WHS.
  • Ability to lead the kitchen.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility and reliability.

Previous experience essential.

Full company training and induction will be provided.

The successful applicant will be required to provide or submit for a Federal Police Check.

For a qualified and enthusiastic Chef Manager to join our seasoned team at our client’s aged care facility in Cowes on Phillip Island.

Hours of Work:

  • Weekdays (to be discussed)
  • Saturday

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Chef Manager with staff and kitchen management.
